I had such a positive experience here compared to a different nail salon i tried before. Kims Nails cooperated with me about what i wanted and worked with me regarding price whereas the place i went to before was not cooperative at all. Kims nails said good morning to me and asked me how i was, offered me a hot drink, and had a bowl of sweets for leaving. Its the little things that made me feel a lot happier about spending my money there. Thankyou so much! Will deffinately be going again.

i got my nails done here for prom. staff seemed alright , over the passed few days i have been experiencing what looks like an allergic reaction over my face, after looking further into it i found out the cause is because my nails were not cured properly at all meaning the chemicals are causing me allergic reactions. due to this i will now be going to prom with a red, rashy face and swollen fingers.

I can’t believe I will ever write this. Nail salon took untrained staff. I was lucky enough in that rush that my monomer was changed. It was my favourite shop to go to before but now I’m really disappointed with quality and how they treated their customers. I don’t even know who runs this but please hire better staff as they don’t have any idea how to do nails. All of my cuticles were done before going in the saloon, guy didn’t seem to care about laying nicely the acrylics. I’ve never had any lifting issues with acrylic nails before in this place. I also said what nr of powder I want but he didn’t even listen. Put your prices up and hire better staff as this group doesn’t have a clue what you talking about to them! I’m not dumb and saying rude things to each other is bad management too and creating uneasy feelings in saloon.
