Google overfiled nails, to the extent where natural nails are very weak and pain when washed. very unprofessional.

- Actually we always try to be careful with the natural nails and never intentionally to overfile them but sometimes our staff tries to remove dead skin around cuticles to make the nails cleaner. so i think that’s the main cause of this situation.
-Anyway, we would like to apologise for unintended discomfort and we also would be happy to offer you a Free set of BIAB to protect your natural nails or we can do a part of refund for you.

Google Quite disappointed with the service here. I was excited to get my nails done after seeing the high ratings on Google, but unfortunately my experience was very different.
The set I asked for turned out quite different from the reference picture I showed the nail artist. I only realised how unhappy I was with the result after leaving the salon, and when I asked if it could be adjusted the next day, I was told it would cost an additional £15.
I later returned to have the set removed and was charged £10 for the removal even though the set was done at the same shop (most salons usually remove for free when the set was done there). Perhaps this is just their policy.
The most concerning part was the removal process. The technician over-filed my nails, which has left them extremely damaged. I can now see the redness through my nails, and they are so thin that they sting and hurt whenever I wash my hands with warm water.
I’ve been getting my nails done for years and have never experienced this level of damage before. My natural nails are now so weak and thin that I can’t even get them done again anytime soon.

To be honest, our team always tries with the best to recreate references photos as closely as possible, but sometimes a small difference can occur depending on materials of the salon.
Regarding the adjustment and removal , these are normally part of our policy. However, we completely understand how disappointing of this situation. So as a gesture of goodwill, we would be happy to refund the £15 adjustment fee and £10 removal fee for you.

Google They are absolutely amazing !!! I would definitely recommend coming here anytime . The staff are sooo accommodating and patient. I brought my mum here for her birthday and she wasn’t as happy with her nails at first ( the length specifically) and they were soooo patient with it they redid the nails she didn’t like and even added the extensions after more than half the process for biab. And my nails came out even better , they are exactly as I wanted them . 10000000% recommend . They also have very good prices.
