Just had the most amazing facial in this salon . First time in here and will definitely be back .Miya was lovely so friendly and spoke me threw everything she was doing. The salon was lovely and spotlessly clean . Im going back to get my nails done on Saturday after seeing all the options they have. Definitely recommend I have already too all my friends to try this place.

I went to get my nails done earlier and when I mentioned one of the thumbs was squint she made a phone call and a man arrived five minutes later. He came in, they spoke and he went and sat in the back.

All in a foreign language and I felt too nervous to say anything else.

She spoke in a foreign language for nearly the whole appointment and to a girl that was there and incluluding when she made the phone call.

She also got glue all over the thumb that is squint.

My cuticles are bleeding and I felt really intimidated.

I have pictures of my bleeding cuticles and the squint thumb as proof.

I left the salon (that was dirty ) nearly crying.

I paid even though I wasn't happy.

Horrible horrible experience. Wouldn't recommend at all.

My daughter has been getting her nails done from Maya for a while now before she got her own salon she’s the only person that’s able to deal with her as she fidgets a lot glad that she now has her own salon as I can now have mother daughter days getting our nails done together, salon is beautiful and very welcoming
