Google Very unprofesional, staff were rude, wasn't asked what nail shape i wanted. Definitely won't be back and wouldn't reccomend to anyone left very disappointed
Owner Response:
Hi Shona, we sincerely apologize for the poor experience you had at our salon. What you described regarding the staff's attitude and the lack of communication about your nail shape is definitely not the level of service we strive to provide. We are addressing this with our team immediately to ensure it doesn't happen again. We would love the chance to make things right. Please send us a direct message so we can discuss how to best support you!
