Recently got my nails done here, after having not visited in a while, was giving my nails a rest. Anway I was disappointed with the service the first girl that started my nails (Extensions) was rude, as she couldn’t get my fingers to bend in a certain way, due to arthritis in my fingers, she became annoyed, and although I couldn’t understand what she was saying I could tell she was talking about me, by the reaction of her colleagues, after putting my extensions on, I think she’d had enough and changed places with one of her colleagues, who’s manner were better.

Terible quality women was very rude and agrussive toward me nails snapped of 1 day after threy drilled some of my skin done my nails are alot smaller and they where 41£ shocking not happy will nit be returning

Went for gel nails last week, the girl absolutely rushed doing them, hurt the edges of some of my fingers when using the electric file and they're already peeling off. Only had them 6 days when usually I can get a good couple of weeks out of them. Won't be back.

Got my nails done here today and asked for French tip biab. My nails have grown so much due to biab however the women has filed my nails down so short that it is actually painful. When buffing my nails aswell the women kept hitting my skin and I kept pulling away and it ended up my skin around my nails was actually bleeding. The women just said sorry briefly and got someone else to finish off my nails. My fingers are still in pain and far too short.

Wanted my acrylic powder taken off and re-done. Before asking what length I wanted she clipped them all off much shorter than I had wanted. She was dealing with three other people at the same time. Once my nails were finished soaking she asked another lady to come take the residue off. This lady then clipped my pinky nail down ultra short. I asked her to stop and asked her why she was cutting so short explained that they were already too short. She thought I wanted acrylic nails, I explained that I already told the first lady that I wanted powder (which she was taking off) she asked if I wanted acrylics since they were now so short! I declined and asked for normal gel while trying not to cry. I have spent months getting my nails to the length I wanted and in seconds I was butchered. I am so upset. They had the cheek to charge me £16 like she was doing me a favour. She explained that the lady's English wasn't good and she had misunderstood so just charged me for the gel. I think her English was fine she just wasn't paying attention and had too many customers on the go at the same time. Never again, it will be Christmas before my nails are back to the length I like. Devastated 😭

I got gel nails here but decided to have them removed as they were so thick l was having trouble with simple every day tasks. Buttons zips etc. Not a problem I've had at other nail bars. The girl used a rotary tool to remove the nails and at first they looked OK but within a few hours the pain set in and they started to tear like paper. I had to go to my doctors the pain was so bad. I've been told the only thing I can do is grow them out.
