I don’t recommend this salon at all
I have been there Monday by booking I was waiting for the hair dresser 40m she arrived late I done my half head highlights she didn’t finish on time takes longer because she was seating and talking to the owner for long time I was asking her to wash my hair and she damaged my hair and the colour was so ugly roots very dark and the highlights was White and sliver and she puted darker toner it was very different from the picture which I show hair also I was late for my doughter and i paid the deposit they didn’t remember and also charge me extra money i told them im not happy for my result you have to fixed and i dont mind to pay how much you want the owner said my worker dont want to work on your hair becouse i was not happy with the result 🤯 the staff so rude and not professional

I had an appointment for hairs they first had no idea of booking and then the cutting and dying was awful they just ruined my hairs and during my hair appointment they put me to wait and do other clients…

Appalling service and treatment from the hairdresser there . I don’t remember her name but she was tall, blond older woman.
I asked for a wave in my hair , something I’ve had many times and provided pictures.
The first wave wasn’t great at all so I explained that it wasn’t usual technique and that I didn’t think it would look like it usually does.
This instantly annoyed the hairdresser and she was very rude after this , tugged at my hair , burnt it with straighteners and never asked if I liked it or properly try to style it and then proceeded to overcharge me.
I explained I wasn’t happy but she could car less and refused to allow me to speak to her manager , instead she told me she was the manager. Utterly shocking and doesn’t even deserve the one star I have to give.
I’ve now just existed and left photos after realising that the salon cancelled my booking on Treatwell , meaning I am unable to review them there so I have added proof here that I visited and paid . If you look up Companies house , they are a scam company so it’s also for the purpose of hiding money.

Useless, booked an online appointment for a haircut and paid their required deposit. Booked on their portal on their business listing. Arrived, woman argued that they didn't have a booking and looked confused why I would ask for my deposit back. Blamed a new account, their boss but zero accountability. Sham business

So glad I took the time out today for a spa pedicure. My poor feet run for miles without socks and they have taken a battering! Had a very relaxing spa pedicure. The technician really took her time and I felt absolutely amazing when I left. A really relaxed and friendly experience ❤️🙏

The staff aren't very helpful infact I honestly got the impression that they didn't want to do my hair very strange, I was supposed to get my colour and cut an blow dry but I didn't receive anything it's like she couldn't be bothered won't be back

Always had Pinar do my eyebrows and always love them but when I arrived found out she was off sick.Another lady who said she was filling in for Pinar that I'd never seen said she'd do them.I assumed as she was filling in for Pinar she had th correct credentials to do them.I told her to leave the same shape just a tidy up and a tint.My eyebrows are a mess.The shape is different she has thinned them and they are uneven and to say Im disappointed is an understatement.Gave her simple instructions but she didn't follow
them and now I'll have to wait months and pencil them in until they grow back to the way they were.Pinar was exceptional and I trusted her so much I didn't even have to look in the mirror at the end result.If Pinar isn't there and won't be for the foreseeable the information should be updated.Raging!
