Came here 5 times for shellac and BIAB and got a great set every time. Staff are quick and friendly and give good customer service; they check multiple times throughout the process that you're satisfied with what they've done. Very affordable on any budget, will definitely be back!!

When I got shellac done here, it looked great and lasted well. But NEVER go here for an actual manicure — they just use the electric file and send you out the door. My nails were completely scratched up and as thin as paper.

Wow worst experience of rude staff I have ever experienced ,3 male staff, nails very low standard had to report to employer upon which discovered he had no previous training, employers shop under partick railway bridge also usa nails. Realised the English of the the guy doing my nails could understand language better once his employer was there 🙄 do yourself a favour AVOID!!!

He didn't bother with my cuticles, didn't ask to wash my hands , no cream either , just so so bad , had an attitude , shouted in Vietnamsese in front of me while pushing my hand quite aggressively , the work station was disgusting. Yep nope , never again yuk

Extremely bad quality and service. My nails started chipping by the 3rd day of getting them done. The customer service was very very bad and all staff kept talking amongst each other in their native language, without paying much attention to what they’re doing or even what you might be trying to ask/say.
The guy doing mine was extremely impatient and impolite if I moved even the slightest bit, instead of politely asking me to be more still.
The materials they use are probably extremely cheap and low quality. I went back to show them my chipped nails and they redid the design, but even then the girl who served me this time was equally impatient and rude. She had to wipe off and redo the chrome part multiple times for each of the nails, and even then it’s not neat enough. And she kept losing her cool when i requested her to fill in the gaps/ clean the mess.
It wasn’t even a complex design. I agree chrome costs a bit more but very bad service and even worse quality for 35 quid.
There are multiple shops by the name USA Nails in Partick. Please don’t get this one confused with the other ones and pls avoid this one at all costs. Total waste of money and time. It’s right opposite Cecconi’s.
I’m even posting a picture of how my nails look after them re-doing it, and you’ll see the lack of neatness and more so, lack of genuine effort I’m talking about.
There are multiple patches of incomplete bits/ or parts where not enough coat has been applied for the chrome powder to stick on properly..the excess chrome powder hasn’t even been brushed off properly from the rest of the nail, before applying the topcoat.
And It’s also strange that in this day and age, they don’t do card payments and only cash payments. A bit sketchy overall, especially because you can clearly tell the staff is chatting amongst themselves after anything you say or request for. Such an unpleasant vibe overall. I always have so much fun getting my nails done, you’ll all agree it’s almost therapeutic, but this experience was the extreme opposite of that!
