Google Sadly, I had a bad experience at this salon. They dyed the back of my hair grey when I asked for blonde highlights. I didn’t notice until I got home because the front was lovely. After calling the salon to tell them I was invited back allow them to correct their mistake, but they turned my hair orange. It cost a lot of money and it was not worth it spending hours only to get a worse result. They actually ruined my hair colour and the condition when I went in to now is very noticeably worse. They refunded half of the cost and asked me to return to the shop for a third time but I felt intimidated and fearful of further damage to my hair. Every time I look in the mirror I see the damage caused and it’s disheartening what’s more it will cost me a lot more to get it fixed when I dare to go to another salon. I feel very disappointed. I don’t want to go back.

Google Went in to dye my hair brown but got black instead, and the website said it would cost £120 but I got charged £280. Nice people, but now I have black hair and have to go to a different salon and pay more money to lighten it.
Owner Response:
Hi Grace,
Thank you for your feedback.
We discussed your feedback with your stylist, who said that you picked the colour from our colour charts. Your service was a corrective colour, therefore we had to pre-pigment your hair prior to colour application and toning. The price on the website that you booked was for a full head colour and a blow dry, you also had a cut which added to the bill, as did the pre-pig and toner.
You were asked you at Reception, if you were happy with everything, and you responded with a yes.
I'm so sorry you were unhappy with your service. It is always better to highlight issues you have, when in the salon, that way we can solve them immediately.
Regards
