I went to Janto to get peircings. Nicola was so amazing and so professional. She put me at ease whilst I was so anxious! She talked me through each step and let me take a minute between peircings. I felt welcome and really comfortable and every part of that salon was sparkly clean ✨️
I had to go back 16 days after having my peircings in after having to go for an emergency CT Scan and have the peircings removed. I called up and she was outstanding once again, she sorted it all out and replaced the bars to save swelling and popped them back in for me.
I would go back again most definitely! I've recommended everyone I know to come here.

I've been going to Janto for a few years now and i couldn't recommend them enough. Annie & Nic are both very professional, fun, offer excellent customer service and the place is spotless!

Reading the comment below regarding an infected piercing.... My piercing took nearly 6 months to heal and this review is a terrible representation of Nicola and how professional she is when it comes to piercings and is fully qualified in this area.

I’ve had piercings, facials, hair, nails & brows all done here and I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else! Although going here was a lovely experience, staff great and everyone following covid rules I wouldn't be going back. I had a repiercing. I had problems with an existing nose piercing I was expecting to have the other side of my nose pierced. The owner repeirced my existing piercing and assured me that is was okay. It's over 3 months on and despite the fact I did everything right with cleaning and leaving in the stud till now, the piercing has become infected. It was never right and was still painful after three months. I'm having to go somewhere else to have it sorted. It was a waste of £25. The owner was very lovely, but she got it wrong, and obviously doesn't know what she's doing in terms of piercing. I have been told by professionals that she should never have repierced and open piercing. The piercing had not closed. It was an existing open hole.

Customer service was excellent. Very reassuring when I got my belly button pierced, it was quick and easy. Would go back again, if I wish to go get any other piercing. Easy to find and park your car.
