My second visit to Bank Beauty and came away absolutely elated with my nails, Kim is an absolute artist in what she does and listens to what i wanted an my nails look amazing, I had biab nails in emerald green first time but today I have gone a stunning cats eye black. I strongly recommend this young lady if you want to stand out from the crowd amazing talent, and I have already booked my third visit

I wanted to give 4 stars or more, but I left today genuinely disappointed by the complete lack of kindness shown to my 10-year-old daughter. The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because the nails and nail art themselves were lovely.

I booked this appointment as a special treat for her 10th birthday. She arrived excited, picture in hand, ready to show the design she’d chosen. We were seated straight away, and I cheerfully mentioned to the nail tech that it was her birthday and she had a photo of the nails she wanted. The response? A look of disinterest. No “happy birthday,” no smile, not even basic acknowledgement.

The nail tech glanced at the design, said she could do it, and carried on in complete silence. For the entire appointment she didn’t engage with my daughter once — no friendly chat, no effort to make her feel at ease, nothing. I watched my daughter trying to enjoy what should’ve been her first fun, memorable salon experience, but instead she looked awkward, uncomfortable, and confused by the cold treatment. It broke my heart. What should have been a birthday highlight turned into something she’ll remember for all the wrong reasons.

I’ve had decent treatments here before, but this experience has absolutely ensured I will NOT be returning — and I’ll be sharing this with friends and family. Such a shame.

It feels like a massive shame to rate this salon a 2/5, as the staff were super friendly and my LVL lashes were good. However, the HD brows treatment I got alongside this was massively disappointing and I left really upset with the results. I wasn’t asked how I wanted my brows styled, and consequently they ended up a lot thinner than I would have liked (particularly on the end of the brow). Additionally, a lot of stray hairs were left that I didn’t want (i.e., between the eyebrows). Really upset about this and wouldn’t recommend the HD brows treatment at all.

Been to Bank twice now, thrilled with the results. Mary Gaine did my BIAB nails the first time then Isobel Witty today, lovely nails both times. Would highly recommend Bank Beauty’s professionalism!

I had my nails done by Chloe a couple of days ago and they’re the best I’ve ever had. She’s so lovely. She took so much time to make sure they were just right. I’m very impressed and will be back again. Fab service! Thank you x

I've been coming to Bank Beauty for a few years now....and the salon and service is excellent. Emily who does my nails, is amazing and so lovely, as are all the 'Nail Girls'.
At the beginning of the year, Karen microbladed my brows which are fab and in the summer I had a Lip Blush. Again, I love them.
Also the lovely Lauren on reception. Nothing is too much trouble. Thanks Ladies

I have now become a regular client, and for one reason only... because they are simply the best! Charlotte is the queen of LVL, she is more than a lash queen to me, she offeres the best lash service, the best catch-ups and a wonderful cuppa tea.
I also visit Karen regularly, she has given me an uplift in confidence with creating the best brows for me! Karen talent of brows is outstanding, she is beyond a talent and skill!
I could not recommend this amazing duo enough!
The other bonus, I always arrive 10 minutes early for "me time" in the magical volt to chill, un-wind and enjoy ☕️. This beauty spot us the dream of dreams.
