I had a nice experience the first time I visited this salon last week, so I was really disappointed by what happened today. One of my nails had snapped off (completely my fault), so I came in to have it repaired. I couldn’t find the same colour as before, so I asked if we could just repaint them and then decided to just get an infill as the price was the same and I’m going away next week.

They take payment upfront, and I only had £14 in cash. I explained that my mum would bring the remaining £1 shortly, which didn’t seem to be an issue. During the appointment, I politely asked if a bump on my thumbnail could be filed down. I was told “that’s your nail,” even though my other thumb was completely smooth. The bump wasn’t fixed, but I didn’t push the issue.

After my nails were finished, I said I’d call my mum to bring the £1, but they told me not to worry. I replied that I’d bring it next time. At that point, the lady said, “no next time, go and get your nails done where you come from.” I was honestly shocked and thought I had misheard, but she repeated it multiple times. Her husband then added that I shouldn’t come back because apparently I leave unhappy with my nails, which is completely untrue.

This was only my second visit ever, and the first time I had clearly said I was very happy with my nails. To then be spoken to so rudely was really upsetting. They also said, “what do you expect for such a cheap price,” which I found quite unprofessional.

I’m extremely disappointed. I initially thought I had found a friendly and affordable salon after moving here from London, but after this experience, I definitely won’t be returning - as they suggested.

Made my friend bleed on two fingers and my nail gel is patchy under the light. The paint work is not very good either almost like it was rushed. Wouldn’t recommend for important nails😔

If I could give 0 stars I would the worst nail shop I have ever been too in my life!! They are the rudest people you have ever met. Went for a simple French, they can’t draw white lines, my nails looked like they were dipped in glue and bumpy with bubbles. NEVER GO HERE EVER!

Only two star because they were lovely people. But I've done my nails first time and they chipped after 8 days. I thought that is strange.. During my first appointment they offered tea and coffee to everyone but not me. Okay I can live with that. Then they applied the wrong colour but charged me the same as for chrome. Fine.. Then nails chipped and I still came back to do a new set. Chipped after 2-3 days again !! When I rang they said they don't offer guarantee for nails so I have to pay extra now to re-do them. I'v been doing my nails for years. That never happened. Went there only because we've moved with my husband recently but I definiately won't be going back if they don't care for their customers and repetitive business. My old place offered 5 days guarantee still I never needed to redo my nails in between. Poor customer service.

Been coming here for 10 years! Nails don't fall off and they take less than one hour to back fill. I don't have a lot of time. £15 for a back fill isn't bad. Only nuisance if they are busy, which they usually are, you may have to wait.. other than that wouldn't go anywhere else
