Awful experience.
First time visiting should have put me off, but gave benefit of doubt.
Faye & Abi lovely.
Katie, Owner is shockingly rude, arrogant and completely incompetent at anything but pretending to care about clients.
A lot of negativity in staff vs management. Even though true words as witnessed her behaviour myself. However, it’s not what I come for, to hear how bad of a boss she is.
Uncomfortable experience within KK’s.

First visit to the salon yesterday. My appointment was with Faye who was absolutely lovely, so friendly and welcoming, put me at ease straight away (I'm quite a nervous customer due to bad experiences in the past). Faye talked through exactly what I wanted, checking throughout the process that I was happy. I was so pleased with the finished result and the overall experience. Will definitely be back and highly recommend. Thank you Faye.

I wish I'd found this place sooner. Kept trying to give my previous salon the benefit of the doubt, but it wasn't as good as it used to be. All the staff are so talented and welcoming. And they just keep getting better and now with a fab, large place.

Wow! This is a very professional company. I wish I had known about them sooner after going to some awful places for my waxing. Faye is so kind and caring and she did a wonderful job waxing my legs and underarms. Highly recommend.

6th birthday party , my little girl had a great time with her 5 friends :) nails painted and foot spa. We booked to have a spa pamper party, reminders days and day before that she was having a spa party. On the day the host explained how they didn’t have the ingredients to make the face masks so we could choose to have their hair braided instead. The girls were definitely disappointed as it’s the reason for party. The party was meant to last around 1.5 to 2 hours. After 6 children had treatments we had about 45 minutes to kill. So Time for a party game or two. Luckily girls had fun :) x
