BEST NAIL SALON IN CHELMSFORD! This is genuinely the best nail salon you will visit in Chelmsford. The staff are extremely friendly and caring. I have always suffered with weak and poor conditioned nails; the staff here, I especially Tom, have gone above and beyond to try different methods and styles of nail extensions, until they found the best that works for me, my nails and my skin. Hi I hope this is the unit opposite the market place I would like to say this is the best place they do nails up to high standard they perfect they're work they are so lovely to customers they engage and ask make sure u get the desired nail they even offer u tea they're wonderful I did pop into one round the corner from them and I just appreciate this place so much more now more then ever thank you absolutely top class service and wonderful people 🥰💎💯

I've been going to this salon for two years. The first year was fine, but the second year has been awful. They’ve become careless, and today was the last straw. The guy was rude, in a terrible mood, and even brought me the wrong color. When I asked him to change it, he refused at first. I ended up paying more for the change, but they were still rude and dismissive. To make it worse, the person in charge was just as rude. Their customer service is terrible, and they constantly speak their language behind customers' backs. I’m done with them.

People walk in with having booked appointments and you're still left waiting 40+ minutes.

I had a simple acrylic extensions with the french tip style. The colour was completely wrong and I asked for a shorter length and he didn't listen. The guy doing my nails was extremely rough and I explained that it was hurting but he continued the same way so I ended up leaving with very sore and bloody cuticles. This is within the last week and I've already had to take them off because of how sore and lifted they were.

Never again.

Got an eyebrow waxing, showed the lady the reference photo, it was nothing like the photo, she had taken off so much more of my eyebrows than I asked for. The hairs that she had taken off weren’t taken off properly there was still loads of hairs left randomly in the middle section, my skin was itching for days and overall very uncomfortable. I came back to the store, showed photos and asked for a refund and was told that I am wrong and that there was nothing wrong with the service. Poorest eyebrow wax have had in my life.
