Not very talkative (barely knew english), didn't prep cuticles well so new growth will look even worse, nails aren't even, design could have been made clearer if a second coat was put on the stars, filing was overly aggressive and hurt, asked for the same length and shape as in the picture but was given shorter and less sharp... main complaints: painful process and uneven nails.

This place is awful. I went here because my usual go-to was still closed from the Christmas break. They didn't use a base coat which I initially thought was strange but assumed perhaps they were using a polish that didn't need one. When they finished the set I noticed wet sticky polish coming off the edge of my nail. They wiped it off and fobbed me off saying a bit was caught under my nail. This is not true as it continued to transfer onto my belongings once home and the gel remained bubbly and soft. The following day, the gel on my index finger completely flaked off as per photo revealing a very sticky/tacky layer underneath (directly on acrylic due to there being no base layer!). I then had a bath where the heat has made 4 others peel. After 48hours I only have 5 fingernails with gel remaining. Complete waste of £28 and I don't understand how a nail salon can get away with this! Will never ever be going back.

Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to! Just been there the woman I had was so rude, and kept filing my nails red raw, she caught my skin multiple times then kept moaning that my hand wasn’t relaxed. She had so much attitude and I would not recommend to anyone, the nails altogether are terrible and not what I wanted at all.

Been going here for years for manicure and pedicure. Also take my elderly mother who has mobility issues for a pedicure. The staff are so kind and considerate to her, helping with socks and shoes etc., and we thank them for that.
The quality of nail finishes is excellent.

Had my nails done for my holiday last week. Normally a lady does them lovely for me. This time a man done them who seemed like he didn’t want to be there! Really rushed them and didn’t even cover the full nail with acrylic. Gaps on the sides. Uneven shape and really rushed painting them. Put me off going here now! Will find somewhere else.
