I was regular customer in there for long time usually very happy with the service sometimes I was going back pretty much every week so imagine money I was spending there but because service was most of the time very good and meet my expectations which they are not that high by the way .
Sadly last two times very disappointed not what I wanted at all wrong shape cut way too short even tho I said to cut them a little bit shorter they end up to be so short I could leave it my own natural nails it will be the same result.But after that I thought I will give one more go maybe was just one time thing so I went today and oh my god the guy couldn’t be less bothered he didn’t care at all he missed so many steps I know because I’m doing my nails for so long so I know what’s steps should be done but no , rude , he obviously didn’t want to be there so so disappointed really less then average service.Unfortunately I won’t be coming back don’t waste your time and money to go there if they not bothered to make sure you happy with your nails because they are not cheap so the service should be good.

I just had my nails done and i must say it's the best in had so far! I am extremely happy. The best nail salon in Chelmsford. The design is lovely, the lady who did is very creative in nice. She did: catseye colour, flower designs and 3d flower, too, plus few golden details. It looks so good! I will definitely come back and recommend to everyone!

This will be my last visit to this nail shop, was there this morning, the staff member was rude and had a real attitude and was rough with my hands. Asked what colour I would like when none given to choose from, started my nails, I advised that they were too long, ignored so though would file down at end, chose a colour to then be told they didn’t have it, given like 10 seconds to pick an alternative, paint on, top coat on, hand under light, he disappeared, another member of staff pointed me at the till, I asked if I was finished, was told Yes, looked around, my guy was already doing someone else. No filing/buffing the rough edges or clearing under the nail. Not asked if they were ok, was I happy with them! No I’m not, they are too long!!
Very very poor customer service, there are plenty of other nail shops, I will not be returning, nor will my three daughters, you lost 4 customers today due to very poor service!!

So overpriced. Lost a customer. How on earth does it cost £48 to paint my own nails and add some polka dots with a stamp???? No acrylic my own nails? They add on things like “overlay” don’t tell you about it or the cost. £10 just to soak nails in acid tone to remove. £2 per nail for “nail art” sorry they dipped the nail varnish into a stamp and put it on. Why is that £20?? Not like a proper design, took in a Minuit to do. Won’t be returning

this is the first time i have gotten my nails done and i couldn't be happier! the staff was very friendly and explained what services i needed based on my inspo photo, as i wasn't sure going in! my nails turned out amazing, so happy and i cannot wait to go back for future sets!
