Disgusting experience I would never step foot in this place again! I walked in sat down waited 15 mins then because it took me 2 seconds to decide they served someone else and told me to come back in a hour then told me to go somewhere else! I am heavily pregnant it was pouring down of rain and I walked all the way here for this to happen! Absolutely disgusting especially saying "go up the road" to someone who's heavily pregnant! Worst shop I have ever been in to I have never been made to feel like this ever! Terrible customer service!

The very young lady here is really good and attentive. However, I have been really put off going here because of the incredible rudeness of the male member of staff. I am always very polite to all staff, yet, every time I go there - this man looks me up and down, gives me dirty looks, and has just snapped at me when I’ve asked about appts or different types of services. In essence, he is generally very unwelcoming and downright rude! I have not been back for over a year and have no intention of going back. If this man can’t have manners and respect customers who are keeping him in business - he simply does not deserve people’s custom. Very disappointing to see that other customers have had similar experiences with this man! Totally unacceptable behaviour and he deserves to lose business because of it. Just hard to understand such unwarranted rudeness.

I called in to book an appointment they hang up the phone which was very rude , called a friend to book my appointment which I arrived for 12pm walked in the the rudeness of the male member of staff wasn’t pleasing looked at me up and down in an unpleasant way I felt very uncomfortable told my friend on the phone a lady next to me over heard and said she felt the same way so I wasn’t the only one. Got my feet done now being told to leave my belongings to draw cash out (HMRC????) I felt uncomfortable leaving my belongings and I’ve never been asked to before the women staff member says to me people your type don’t come back (racist) but I reinsured her that I’ll be back as I come here all the time to get my feet done she wasn’t happy and ended up standing up getting into my face while the male member shouted at me and said I’ll cut all your nails off if you don’t leave a belonging behind. I’m very upset to the way I was treated by the staff member i highly don’t recommend going here. Treated very poorly which is unacceptable. It’s important to feel comfortable and respected when visiting a nail salon. I deserved better treatment as a customer. As customers comfort and well-being should always be first

I went there after someone did my nails at home studio, all had to be taken out. I showed them photo and they did exactly what I wanted. I am very happy and forever thankful.

The staff are so rude. Upon asking how they remove my old manicure using acetone, and realising I only wanted a simple nail colour without gel, therefore cheap, the man said I should go elsewhere, I spoke to others with similar experiences and I understand the staff are rude to mostly black customers and will damage nails on purpose to not to cater to certain demographic. Very aggressive to me. Wanted to intimidate me. Avoid.
