You can really feel how much she cares about giving her clients a wonderful experience. My nails look absolutely beautiful! I had a really disappointing experience here. Hyejung was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my visit. She spoke in a harsh tone, and made me feel uncomfortable instead of welcomed. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the work, and unfortunately, this place failed on that front. I would not recommend coming here if you expect respectful and friendly treatment. AWFUL DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I finally found the best nail technician in Chelmsford 🙌 Hyejung is a biab pro and I couldn’t be happier with my nails. I’ve been to various salons and this is by far the best my nails have looked. She’s also an absolute magician/nail doctor and managed to fix a terrible cracked nail! I can’t for my next appointment, thank you Hyejung 🙏 x

Hyejung was absolutely welcoming and kind. It’s been over 3 weeks since my pedicure with gel polish and it’s still perfect.
The only reason it’s not a 5* is I was not made aware that the studio was in her house. And I would have liked a little longer with her feet soaking part.
That being said I would/will book again because it was extremely professional and quaint.
