Returned for second microblading as the first time was soo successful. Krystal tailors the brows to your personal choice and takes exceptional care of you at every stage. Soo good not to worry about disappearing eyebrows any more! Recommend highly - she is amazing!

I visited the salon twice for an eyebrows lamination, tint and shape. I explained on both visits that my eyebrows are difficult to work with which is why I booked in with the manager. On both occasions the lamination and tint didn’t last. I explained on my second visit that it didn’t last from my first visit which I feel was dismissed. A week after, I contacted the salon to raise these concerns again. The salon responded and offered to rebook me in, which I was grateful for so agreed to be rebooked in. Although I did find the managers response rather defensive when I feel my concerns were not personal and legitimate, considering I was paying £51 per visit. After 3 weeks I didn’t get a response so decided to send another email which again I didn’t receive a response too. So overall, I feel this was a poor service.

My eyebrows look better than I could of ever imagined. Charlie waxed, threaded and tweezed them.
We discussed a eyebrow tint and went for the lightest, they look amazing. Thank you.

Kudos to Laura for redoing my lash lift after the first one didnt turn out as expected. I understand that everyone has to start somewhere I appreciate that, however, what affected my overall experience(especially as this was my first ever lash lift) was that the first result was treated as normal, and no second opinion or redo was offered after the treatment finished. I had to follow up and ask whether the result was normal, which I feel should not be the case for someone having this for the first time. The salon looks lovely, and I appreciate the redo, but after having a breakdown with the sight of my lashes the day before, I personally wouldn’t feel comfortable returning
