Had gel done on my natural nails and is such an awful job. Its bubbled after a few hours and chipped within 2 days. The lady just rushed it, didn't even prepare my nails properly and it definitely shows! Paid £30.00 and literally the worst £30 i have spent. Will not be returning!

Terrible service here. I ask for biab. The guy filed my nails and cuticles down with a drill which caused 3 of my fingers to bleed. No apology. Then when putting biab on they added too much product so it wouldn’t set under the lamp and was literally running down my finger tips. Then when that was done the guy used a drill to file that down and caused another finger to bleed. No apologies given just spoke amongst themselves. Then a second guy came to watch the nail technician who clearly needed supervising. He then got angry and walked off and another technician had to finish my nails and basically do it again. I was in there for probably double the time for the stopping and starting and reapplying. Then I was charged full price no apology and I’m left with sore cuticles. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here and especially avoid the technician with badly bleached hair unless you like having your fingers drilled until they bleed!

Got my nails done here last week , paid £76 for BIAB infill and Pedicure, within a day tthe gel polish fell off on 2 toes & over the last week every single nail with BIAB has cracked and caused a split down every single nail which is painful, meaning they will now have to be cut incredibly short when I can get someone to rectify this mess.

Considering the money, this has been diabolical, I have never ever had a problem with my nails until coming here.

Im actually writing this post for my granddaughter who paid £55 of her christmas money for the worst nail job I've seen. Top coat was missed on two nails then after 3 days a nail fell off. By day 7, 4 of her nails had fell off. She sent a message to shop, no reply then christmas. Can't tell all of the story on here but when going back to the shop when they reopened they said they won't do anything for her. That she was telling lies.
Horrendous service. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Just had acrylic french gel manicure done by Kim, they are perfect and exactly what i wanted! Done with such care and precision, honestly couldn’t recommend enough. Everyone is so kind to the customers, and Kim is amazing. Thank you so much! Merry Christmas🎄🌟💖

If I could do zero stars, I would this place is absolutely horrible. I’ve been here three times and one time out of the three was good and it’s because one person done it and he’s actually good at his job. Everyone else there rushes the work doesn’t do it well and the nails end up lasting 1 to 4 days. I got them done three days ago. I did a push-up and Trust me, I actually did. I didn’t even get to do the push-up. And two nails fall off what an absolute joke. I’m never going back to this place and the least I can do is leave this review. I’m absolutely fuming. I paid 60 odd pound for these just for them to ask me three days. They were supposed to be acrylic, but to be honest, they felt like plastic stick on nails from Poundland. Worst place to ever exist please save your money and don’t go here. They couldn’t even provide the design that I wanted told me. My nail beds are too small and then stuck on smaller sizes purposely just to not do the nail design I wanted.
