I had terrible experience here in spite of being loyal customer for many years.
In spite of booking they soaked my feet for 25 min and then without communication wanted me to wait for another 10 minutes.
Then without apology told me that it’s normal to sail nails for 30 minutes.
Considering I’ve had many pedicures there with soak for 5-10 minutes!!! It’s shocking disregard for customers time.
I also believe there is an racist element to this.
I certainly will not be going back and do not recommend them!

I’ve been coming to this nail salon every month for about 2 years, probably more, and always have a great experience. The staff are all so lovely and my nails always come out looking 10/10. They last the entire month, would last longer but my nails grow fast, and the prices are definitely the best in Chelmsford.

I’ve attached some of my favourite sets, the most recent one, the multicoloured one with every nail being different, took less than an hour!!

Popped in today for a bit of a Christmas surprise for my daughter. It was her first time getting her nails done, and she was absolutely chuffed with the whole experience. ​The staff were top-notch, really patient and made a huge fuss over her. She chose a lovely festive red with plenty of sparkle and hasn’t stopped beaming since. Highly recommended!
