First time here for a pedicure . I think it’s pretty obvious from reviews that your experience depends on who you get to do your nails here . I got a girl who seemed as though she couldn’t be bothered . Very mediocre pedicure . The girl on the desk was lovely but everyone else seemed pretty rude so won’t be bothering again , sorry .

I started going to this place 3 years ago and for the first 2 years my nails looked great and lasted 3 weeks but the last year it’s been getting worse every time I went they wouldn’t listen to what I wanted and they never looked how I had asked, Evan after showing photos as well! Also would only last 2 weeks before they started lifting and falling apart but I was willing to live with that up until my last visit 8 days ago when I got a completely new set and 6 days later five nails started lifting, I had to go buy nail glue and kept applying it but 2 days later they just fell off and then the rest came off extremely easy I was shocked at how weak they were for only 8 days and I paid £40 it’s such a shame but I’m completely done with this place.

I have been a loyal customer of this salon for a long time and have always had positive experiences, which is why my previous review was 5 stars. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered some issues that I feel should be addressed.

I came in requesting a specific nail design, and one of the staff assured me it would not be a problem. Unfortunately, midway through the service, I noticed that the design did not match what I had requested. I asked for my previous design instead, as I was familiar with it. During this time, the staff member seemed more engaged in chatting than focusing on the service.

When I requested to revert to my previous design, a conversation took place in a language I did not understand. I used Google Translate to follow along and was quite surprised by some of the comments made about customers. I feel that, regardless of the language spoken, it is important to maintain respect and professionalism at all times.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I value your salon and would appreciate more attentiveness and care in future visits to ensure all customers feel respected and heard.

Second horrible experience in this salon today. I decided to give them another try as it was just a simple acrylic removal and the other salons were busier. The women here are extremely rude and have 0 customer service skills and really don’t know how to treat their customers well. Everything you ask is too much effort for them and they always roll their eyes and huff if you ask for something. I asked her to file my nails rounded so they don’t break. She proceeded to file my nails aggressively and a lot shorter than needed. She said she was finished i was in disbelief as they looked awful. I was also in pain because of how much nail she took off. I felt extremely uncomfortable the whole time and couldn’t wait to leave. NEVER AGAIN

Booked an appointment for 1.15pm no one acknowledged that I had arrived. Eventually after half an hour someone said who’s next. At the end of the session the nail technician picked up my coat and mobile to get space for another customer whilst I was asked to wash my hand. I left my gloves behind on the floor. I returned for my gloves but I won’t be returning again.

I just did my gel nails from them . Absolutely loved it . And also the stuffs are very friendly. Environment is very good. I’m coming back there every time now .

I have been coming to Ruby nails 💅 since 2016 I love the staff very friendly always very respectful always puts themselves out for the customers never is to much for them I have try different nails 💅 salons and nothing can match the Rubby Nails 💅 I always have full pedicure and nails gels they are the best for me never turn anyone out they always help sometimes you have to wait because you don’t have appointment very rarely I wait if I have appointment 💯professional ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have going to Ruby nails for a couple of years now upon recommendation from my daughter. I have always had good service from Jess and the team, yes sometimes having to wait, I think like myself when we book an appointment we should be able to keep our time slots, people just walk in on the off chance and sometimes get seen straight away. I think Ruby Nails just like to keep their customers happy and want to please everyone. I’m satisfied with the service they provide. Lovely staff.
