Had pedicure,he has left sharp nails.Sisters is a very dirty cluttered salon.Man who did pedicure doesnt talk just points.And why should i pay an extra pound for priviledge of paying by card.At no point are you told that when booking online.Maybe they could use the £1 to get cleaning materials to clean the place.And to get proper collections of color choice together,not just slapped on a wall and chair for you to look at,not relaxing at all.As soon as you walk in "choose you color".Will not return to this dirty shambles.

I had a very bad experience with sisternails. I booked an eyelash appointment 6 months ago. They refused to give me the service and said they were busy. Then I went to the salon and booked another appointment. There was a lady there, I told her I want eyelashes done but I don't want too much volume. I want a natural look. She asked me to book the Infield Mega Volume which cost £40. And the day of my appointment, she called me and asked me to cancel the appointment and book a full set of Mega Volume which cost £55. These people are driving customers crazy.

If I could I would give this salon zero stars for a few reasons, one being the Hygiene level as it's at a low standard, two the fact that during my appointment two of the employees were talking about another client without them being there, they said things that are embarrassing for that client and they broke confidential information while laughing about the client. On my last visit when I got a removal for my SNS nails on my natural nails, the male staff at checkout said it would be £14 (as it says online) but when I said excuse me as to make sure it was correct, he them corrected it to £15 instead which is really unprofessional. Out of the staff I found that the younger one Matilda was patient and kind but the other staff would reather talk about their client and make fun of them which is disgusting. Please be awake that anything you do or say will be retold without your knowing or permission.
P.S. UPDATE as I was looking at the reviews I noticed the only 5 star review was by a staff member which is completely unprofessional and the way the salon responds to the reviews is aggressive and not needed as if they want a 5 star then have good hygiene, be respectful and not gossip about people and ill be sharing this over social media as well.

Went for a massage and it was the worst I’ve ever had. The room was dirty and grimy, the bed was pushed up against a wall so the massage couldn’t be done properly, and the lady who did the massage was rude (she didn’t ask any questions about the pressure or if anything needed more work on).
The walls are paper thin so all I heard was nail drills and someone’s tinny music from their phone as the speaker was broken. It was the least relaxing massage I have ever had. I felt like asking her to stop mid way through and I was not happy about paying to be honest. I am most definitely never going back.

Fabulous salon , happy fun atmosphere . Always a warm welcome . Tia is my go to girl for all my treatments . Warm and friendly and always makes me laugh . Love my eye brows and lashes since tia has been working her magic . My nails and toes are always beautiful after a visit with tia and the girls . Not forgetting the excellent vitamin B and various other services offered by professional providers here . Can’t wait for my next appointments ♥️ never change ladies .
