Did biab nails here and l've never seen a more ugly nail set.. The filing was dreadful, you could obviously see bumps in the nails, I kept on telling my nail artist it wasn't finely filed and all she was saying is 'normal' 'normal'... the painting is horrendous... I was so disappointed, I can't even bear to look at my own nails because I get really upset and angry looking at them. Worst Worst Worst place ever... Stay away from Love nail spa if you know what's good for you, absolute waste of money.....

Best nails in Braintree!!! I’ve tried many of nails shops in my time and area and I cant fault these guys always so welcoming and friendly to the point where now I let them decide what to do with my nails 🫶🏻 best around ! X

Well what can I say... the workers there are amazing BUT the owner just wow!! Told him I wanted them a little shorter but made them to the point of having no lenth at all which I told him they are shorter then i normally have them and he did not offer to rectify them, and when I went back the same day because I realised they were also different lengths when I got home I explained to the other worker the problem and the manager who did them came over very aggressive and started shouting at me in front of my 7 year old son. Absolutely disgusted with the man's behaviour. I have been going in here for months and never had a problem until I had him. Stay well away from him but can definitely recommend the others, such a shame cos I liked going there and using the others but unfortunately got stuck with him.

I went in the book an appointment and ask if the design below was something they could do. I was assured it was and was given an appointment time. I showed up 5 minutes early and was then made to wait an additional 20 minutes past my appointment time. The application was rushed and sloppy. None of the nails were the same shape, some were jagged and I had to file them down and the design was nothing like the reference. I cannot believe I paid £45 for this service. I chose not to complain, the nails were such poor quality I didn't trust any one there to fix them and I literally booked an appointment with another nail tech to get them fixed on the way home.

Edit: I do not have any photo's of the nails, they were so bad I didn't want a photo and they were redone within 3 days. I do however have proof of purchase.
