Google An excellent salon. Incredibly welcoming and friendly staff. I have had various treatments and regularly have my biab nails done here. They last really well and the nail art is always excellent. I have recently started having the Hydro revita facial which is amazing. I would highly recommend this salon and the wonderful staff.

Google I've been going to Essential Beauty since they first opened! I can not recommend them enough! Everyone is so lovely and professional, I've had many treatments and they're so well priced! If I have had any issues like needing to change dates it's so easily done online or the phone! Definitely also recommend the facials, they're so relaxing!

Google Really disappointing, I had a shellac pedicure last month in preparation for my holiday, initially this looked nice but the quality and longevity was far below anything I have had previously, 1st off this was not a I call a standard pedicure, no foot soak, scrub or proper moisturise, only a light foot file and a cuticle tidy. The real issues came a few days later, within 2 days I had lost the whole of the shellac from 2 toes, the next day I lost another 2, this was all before I had even arrived at my holiday destination. I did try and contact them through the form on the website but I have heard nothing back. This was not worth the £37.50 I paid for this service.

Hiya Vicky. I'm extremely sorry to hear you've been disappointed with our service. Our booking system states exactly what is included in the Shellac Pedicure. There is an option to upgrade to a Luxury Pedicure, which includes a scrub and paraffin wax treatment, should this be desired.
I'm really disappointed to hear the polish didn't last for you. We haven't had this problem before, and unfortunately I did not receive any contact forms, otherwise I can assure you we would have done our upmost to rectify this for you. I check my emails every single day, and I have never received an email with the contact form from yourself. Could you please give me the date you filled out the form on the website, and i will look into this!
