I usually go to nail salons like that in Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline, but the quality here is better. The nails are very neat, thin, with no bumps, which is really important to me.

Ashlynn was attentive, quick, and spoke excellent English. Highly recommend this place!

Went in for BIAB removal, redone and new colour. Stylist should there was different styles for the cats eye design and as I wasnt able to choose which one I got 5 designs on my nails. Had no idea there was so many designs

This is my second time visiting this salon, and I’ve had a very positive experience both times. My nails were done beautifully, and the service has been professional and friendly. I’m genuinely happy with the results and would definitely come back again.
At the same time, I recently came across a review about an incident that I actually witnessed myself a few weeks ago, during my first visit to this salon. Since I cannot reply directly to that review, I feel it’s only fair to share what I saw here so others can have a more balanced view.
When that customer came in, I clearly heard her say she had her nails done about two weeks ago and had one nail broken. However, in the review it is written as “within two weeks,” which gives a slightly different impression. From what I experienced at the time, that is not entirely consistent.
The salon was busy, and the staff were simply following the normal system: first come, first served. She insisted on being taken immediately and did not want to wait her turn, while there were other customers who had arrived earlier and were patiently waiting. She also continued to put pressure on the staff and placed full blame on them, which I personally found unfair and disrespectful.
From my experience, two weeks is a very normal time to return for an infill, and having one nail break during that time is quite common depending on daily activities. It’s not something that can automatically be blamed on the salon.
Despite the situation, I saw that the staff remained calm, polite, and professional. Based on what I witnessed and my own experience, I don’t believe that review fully reflects what actually happened.

My wife comes here every couple of weeks and says she loves it. Never had any services from here but always makes my wife happy and gives me peace while she's there so for that I rate it 5* 😂

I tried this salon for my nails the other day when I was walking past and wow it did not disappoint the staff are so friendly and my nails have really never looked better, nothing was too much for the girls and beleive me I am a hard to please customer: I will definitely be back. Thank you ☺️

This place is a hidden gem. I got a full set of acrylics and a gel pedicure, and both were absolutely flawless.

My lassie listened to exactly what I wanted, and delivered. Two weeks later, still no chips gals!.

The staff here are genuinely so welcoming — not the rushed, silent experience you get at a lot of salons. I’ll 100% be back.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
