After weeks of searching, I went for a cut and blow dry with Oana. From the first smile, I understood that I'm in good hands. She didn't just created a beautiful hairstyle (for my curly hair) but also advised on colouring ideas I also struggled deciding. Thank you!

I made a 45 minute journey allowing an extra 30 mins to find a parking spot and be early for my noon appointment. The hairdresser was finishing someone else's hair so I sat from1150hrs to 1220hrs in a chair with a poncho on. Only then dis she tell me they arent doing the nano-keratin treatment anymore and would I be happy with a different treatment. No, I wasn't.

She thought about calling on Saturday but got too busy. And they also didn't reply to my email asking if I had the right treatment, as I noticed the time it took had altered drastically.

If I had wanted some other treatment I would have been able to get it close to home. Not a 45 minute journey each way to a place with difficult parking options.

I work hard and get little time off, and had a special event booked for the following day, and it was a week later getting an appointment somewhere else closer to home.

Another 45mins home and a wasted day because it takes 3.5 hrs for the treatement, a 90 minutee jpurney, and 30 mins to sit not being told, and 30 mins to be early and find parking. All easily fixed if they had changed their website booking or answered my email or just called.

Very poor.

I booked an appointment through Treatwell for a head, back and shoulder massage on Thursday night, as I had a soft tissue injury. As I was unable to get an emergency physiotherapy appointment, this is the next best thing.

I made arrangements to be released from work, for the appointment on the Friday afternoon at 1.15pm. I received a phone call two hours before the appointment to say, ‘We’re sorry unfortunately there is no appointment there’s a glitch in our system’.
I enquired if there were any other appointments that day, or on Saturday, as I was struggling with the pain and relying on painkillers, the reply was sorry no.

I completely understand when things go wrong but surely they could’ve try to make things right by fitting me in somewhere else.

Lovely friendly staff, Dylan and Oana. I love my hair coloured by Oana. She Listened to what I wanted, and spent time to get it just right ! Relaxed atmosphere. I felt very comfortable. Thankyou so much.

My mother and I went to LMQ Hair and Beauty to get our hair washed and styled for a special birthday celebration. Whilst there, we were also able to take advantage of getting our make-up and lashes done. What an excellent place for a "one stop shop" for hair and beauty. Tegan and Kayliegh took amazing care of us and did an incredible job and we were more than impressed with the end results. Mum and I rarely pamper ourselves, so, it was lovely to spend a few hours with Mum getting pampered by such amazing professionals. Highly recommend.

Fabulous salon with fabulous professional friendly staff - Alma put hi-lites and low-lites in my hair and also cut and blow dried it to exactly how I asked, I also had waxing and nails and toes done by Kayleigh all holiday ready now she done a fantastic job, will definitely be returning soon
