Absolutely loved my visit to this nail salon! The team was so friendly and attentive, and you can tell they really care about their work. My nails look flawless, and the whole process felt so relaxing. Everything was clean, well organized, and beautifully presented.

I would like to leave a review about my recent experience.

There are two women technicians working at this salon. The older one (who I assume may be the manager) provides an excellent level of service: the shape is precise, the cuticle work is clean, and the polish is applied very close to the cuticle. Her manicures last well for 3 weeks or more and look neat throughout.

Unfortunately, the second (younger) technician works at a much lower standard. The manicure feels rushed, with quick and somewhat chaotic movements and a lack of attention to detail. As a result:
— there is a visible gap from the cuticle immediately after the appointment
— the cuticle area is not properly refined and looks untidy
— the overall finish does not look clean or polished

I don’t believe it’s reasonable for a client to have to guide or correct a technician during a basic service. When paying around £35–£40 for a manicure, you expect a professional and consistent result.

At the moment, the quality of the service depends entirely on which technician you are booked with, which makes the experience unpredictable.

I hope the salon can ensure a more consistent standard.
