one cashier girl is racist!

She said "next customer" to the customer in front of me and asked if they needed a bag.

When it was my turn, she said nothing and Just kept staring at me.

I Felt strange but I walked there.

This racist girl saying nothing, no questions and chewing gum, just stared at me while I purchased.

Uncomfortable, so I canceled my purchase and got a refund straight away from the manager.

Don't go there to see a rude racist!

The manager didn't even ask why I canceled and got a refund.

My boyfriend went for me as I was poorly , he needed help finding the right make up items and we didn’t get her name sadly but a lovely member of staff stayed with him the whole time and helped him get all the right items , I really wish we had gotten her name so if her manager or herself see this , thank you for helping him

I went for eyebrows, moustache and facial cleansing and I chose to get waxing and it was a huge mistake to go there! The Indian long black haired girl working in the eyebrow and moustache department burned my face!!! I got burns in many different parts of my face and I had to walk around with those burns for days. She said that after the procedure my face would be red and look better but she completely burned it! I paid £42 for a full facial cleansing service while waxing but I had to tell her every spot on my face that needed waxing! She doesn't know what she's doing! It's a huge regret to go there and I don't recommend it to anyone!!!!

I had a disappointing experience with the staff during my visit. Unfortunately, they came across as quite arrogant and were not helpful when I needed assistance. It felt like my questions were an inconvenience rather than something they were willing to address. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. clearly don’t want to help. They just ignore customers—especially the staff in the perfume section. One lady in glasses was particularly terrible. It’s like they think we came to steal perfume or something. Completely unacceptable behavior—rude, judgmental, and bullying. I honestly don’t understand why they hire people like this. Absolutely disgusting.”
