Visited the urban escape last week with my partner and it was a great experience. Facilities were clean and tidy, and all staff members were super helpful. Dempsey at the front desk took time to explain the facilities as it was our first visit, and was very welcoming and friendly. Overall it was a good experience, would be returning in the future.

Really enjoyed my time at the spa. Everyone was really welcoming and it just had a nice positive & relaxed vibe. Exactly what I needed. The lady on the desk was very knowledgeable about health and fitness and showed me a few exercises in the gym for my back. Would recommend if you’re looking for a bit of a workout or downtime. The pool was amazing and the heated loungers were an added bonus.

very enjoyable visit last Saturday morning. back, neck and shoulder massage was excellent. nice relaxing swim in the pool afterwards. many, many thanks to the lady on the phone on Friday who was able to alter our booking after I messed up my original attempt online! saved our weekend!!!

I have had massages in Amsterdam new Zealand Spain Italy so many places and I have never been massaged as well as Cresilda massaged me ! She seemed to know my back head and face like the back of her own hands! An absolute necessity!! Thank you!! Super happy customer !!

This is by far the worst gym/spa I’ve ever been a member of. I flagged up concerns with the manager when I first rejoined and was assured there would be an improvement across the facilities however there has been no improvement and the place is a state.
Good luck finding a locker that works, recently after dragging my holdall out of 12 lockers I eventually found on the 13th attempt one that actually works.
The wet kit machine out of order for weeks on end, no wet kit bags, broken air com, broken hair dryers. The pool area often over run with children.
I’m not sure how a spa in a 4 star hotel can be so badly look after and mismanaged.
I’ve been to council gyms that are better than this one.
