I came here to get my birthday nails done and left feeling extremely disappointed.

Before even starting properly, the technician didn’t prep my nails at all and went straight into the process, which already felt rushed and unprofessional.

She never asked if I was happy with the nail shape after buffing, and the shaping itself was poorly done. Several of my nails are uneven and wonky. When I asked her to fix the shape, she barely corrected them and didn’t seem to care whether they looked right.

By the end of the appointment, the results were very disappointing — the nails were already peeling underneath, and it was obvious they hadn’t been buffed properly.

She seemed to be in a huge rush the entire time, especially while applying the powder gel, and it felt like she was trying to finish as quickly as possible rather than doing a good job. The service also felt rude and unprofessional throughout.

I paid £36 for this shabby work, which was absolutely not worth it. I came in excited to get my birthday nails done and left upset and disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

This salon is fantastic. They really look at your nails and work with you to decide on a good shape. You get a free drink with the service and there are thousands of colours. They’ve evened out my nails and given me a really strong base to build on. 100% recommend.

I went to Emporium Nails for the first time and was a little nervous, since my first nail salon experience somewhere else wasn’t great. But I’m so glad I came here! The girl who did my nails was incredibly professional and detail-oriented, right from prepping to painting, everything was perfect. I absolutely love how my nails turned out. Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be coming back.

My first time visiting here this morning. Well what can I say! A really lovely experience, the staff were lovely, polite and very welcoming. We were talking virtually non-stop, I was laughing so much I had tears in my eyes 😂
Anyway, my nails are lovely and I will be definitely returning for future appointments 🩷

UPDATE.. Still happy 2 weeks in and still perfect. Been in the arcades on holiday every day and no discolouration still going strong !

..Very nice staff.. and the two members of staff that did my daughters nails were so good!! They do amazing nail art too. Thanks we'll back ! 😊🙏
