I got my lashes done here and they looked great but i think because I used castor oil regularly a few of them came off after a couple of days. I emailed them about it and they were absolutely lovely, very accommodating. They gave me an appointment and a couple of days later i got them fixed, free. Very professional, great blether, really friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I went here to get my gel nails taken off, it was not a good experience. I’m not even going to write about the lady’s work but more so the price, I paid £25 for gel take off in DUNDEE! That’s ridiculous! I usually get mine done in Manchester City centre for £10 and they also shape my nails and do my cuticles and finish it off with oil and moisturiser but I got nothing at pure beauty. I didn’t know the price beforehand and I was honestly gob smacked to say the least! £25 for what?! Terrible experience.

Great customer service. Had my back waxed for the first time, but as much as it hurt, Jolanta was very quick with it and made me feel relaxed. I also got reflexology, which I found to be both interesting and very relaxing. Would definitely recommend and will return for more services.
