I asked the girl to combine three different designs and make it her own slightly and because I didn't want it to be the same as that I wanted my own version. Although she seemed a little nift when trying to execute the patterns and I gave other options to make it easier for her which I think may have overwhelmed her slightly but ultimately at the end of it she'd done what had asked other including corrections and flaw fixes, absolute ecstatic with the outcome she's done a brilliant job I will now be going back to allonby nails for my local nail appointments each month providing the the nails continue to be completed with the same work ethic to give her customer what she asks for and willing to find ways to accommodate adapt or compromise on designs and aesthetics 💅🏻🖤🏳️‍🌈✨ on this occasion I asked the girl for a variety combination of different art deco black and black French tip with glitter and my own patterns and colour scheme behind it.. it kind of represents my dark aesthetic with my bright colourful personality of BPD CPTSD Audhd and bipolar along the side of sobriety recovery🫶🏻🙏🏻✨💪🏻🎉💯🔥❤️‍🔥 again today new set Stiletto and asked for sharp. These are like razors bloody great. Simple design for acknowledgement of my love for my love ❤️

I have just been to the shop and noticed 3 staff members i have never seen before, all very young. No one spoke english and they was laughing most of the time i was there. I asked 3 times about the owners and even tried to make conversation with one of the girls i slightly recognised but only to be blatantly ignored and looked at like i was speaking gibberish. This is my regular nail shop, I usually love the service and the owners are lovely however I will not be returning after the way I was treated today. Not impressed and I hope to see the owners again to discuss further - disappointing

Got a manicure and gel nails a week ago and the gel started lifting the next day the gel chipped and peeled off days later. My gel nails usually last me a month and even then I have to remove the gel with remover because they are grown out not lifted. It was my first time here and I will not return - I did think about going back to get them redone but it's not even worth it! What a waste of £30 :(

Went here a couple days ago and got my nails done they turned out brilliantly and didn’t take too long, asked me what shape I’d like and did an almond shape for me (which I asked) although I’ll admit it did scare me at first when I saw the almond shape nail on the practice hand. The guy did such a great job at shaping and tried to make conversation but I’m introverted and can’t hear very well so it was unfortunate. The woman with long dark hair and sparkly pink nails did the design on my nails and they look fabulous really appreciate it and will definitely be returning. Only a small blemish on the middle green nail not noticeable unless focused on tho.

Had my nails done today, pedicure and acrylic fill. Tommy did my pedicure and without promt sorted out my ingrown toenail 🙏my feet look beautiful. The lady with long dark hair did my nails. She was very gentle, ( I have RA and have found others to be very aggressive) what a beautiful job. Ill definitely be returning 🥰🥰

I made mistake of having nails and feet done here for the first-time last week. They do not sanitise their equipment . When I put my hands in the gel drier it was so sticky and clearly it is not even being wiped after every use. The pedicure was worst I ever had. Very rushed. No massage nor moisturizing and feet and toes were not properly dried off. Had to dry between my toes myself . Do not go to this salon as very dirty and very unprofessional . Just interested in taking your money quickly as possible
