wow. I absolutely love this place
I live in long Eaton and usually go to Nottingham city centre to get my nails done as I was always disappointed with nail salons in long Eaton. However, this place deserves to be the top nail shop in this small town. I’m very picky with my nails but they did not disappoint here. They took their time, the nail shape was more than perfect and the detail to the design I want was incredible. Asked me if everything was okay each nail. Let me change my ideas and wasn’t mad about it and still gave me the best service. Definitely is my new nail shop and WILL be coming back. Thankyou guys!! You deserve more customers

A friend and I visited today after reading all the 5 star reviews on here. Unfortunately we won't be returning. So it was quite a chilly day, I think it was actually colder in here than it was outside. No heater or anything on. If your visiting id wear your winter wolleys and a coat. I had a new set and my friend had an infil. I actually got cut 5 times. I had 'cat eye' Polish apparently. It wasn't cat eye at all. My friend also had cat eye hers was the same...not cat eye although we've been charged extra for this. My friend is positive that instead of a top coat she had glue brushed ontop. The design wasn't bad. But we won't be returning. I'll upload a picture of mine. Please bare in mind I got charged £60 for these.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience. Regarding the temperature, and personally was wearing just a T-shirt why are you doing your friends nails but if it ever feels too cold, please don’t hesitate to ask. We were always happy to turn on the heater to make you more comfortable.
as for your nails you came in for removal and a full new set our open price for a new set with a cateye polish on all 10 nails is £45 the final desire issue include a chat 3-D details which brought the total to £60
This price reflect the additional time and effort required for your set of course you’re welcome to compare with all the other salonsfor reference. in the future. You always welcome come to ask for a price estimate before starting. we can adjust the design or simply certain step to better fit your budget.
And you also received free cuticle treatment. With many salon don’t include this that help your now grow out more naturally and less longer we are sorry that you experienced how to feel more cut. This can happen when the cuticle hasn’t been careful regularly but we are confident they will heal quickly and when ccause pain you likely noticed your nails staying strong and beautiful for a week to come.
