A lovely place to sit back and relax and have your nails done. I came to have something special done for a wedding I am attending and didn't know what to have. Jessica looked at my dress and did some gorgeous nails to match. Thank you so much! I could not recommend Jessica nails & beauty enough

I don't leave bad reviews however I've paid £61 for a service that I am not happy with. Ended up here not my usual place and I definitely won't be back here again. The lady cut my fingers with the file on 3 different nails and kept going over the same one even though I told her your hurting it. My finger tips are sore and burn when I put them in water. The nails are uneven some are thick some are thin, the gel polish is applied like a child. I then wanted a pedicure and I got to the bowl there was hair and bits of debris in it apparently that's normal. So I declined the pedicure. The service was very rush rush no attention to detail I thought this could be my new salon as it's very local saves me going to Beeston but I think I'll give it a miss.

I hate to leave bad reviews but I have been to this nail salon a handful of times and have mostly been happy with my nails, until my last 2 appointments. Thinking maybe it was a one off bad experience. But the pictures of the set I left the salon with today speak for themselves. I am embarrassed to be seen with them & will be getting them removed at another salon as soon as possible. Having paid for a service I don’t feel I should have been allowed to leave the salon with wonky, messy, uneven nails. There was no care from the nail artist, I was unfortunate enough to get the same person second time round.

Not only this but I was moaned out throughout my appointment to relax my hands so that the lady could see to do my nails, quite the opposite to relaxing, making me feel more tense.

To be fair to Jessica, I have to say when I have been lucky enough to get other members of staff this hasn’t been a problem.
