I recently visited Superdrug to pick up some makeup essentials like concealer, foundation, lipsticks and eyelashes, and had a really good experience.

The store was clean, well-organised, and easy to navigate, which made finding products simple even though I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted at first. There was a great range of brands available, from affordable options to more premium ones, so it was easy to compare and choose what suited me best.

What stood out the most was the helpful staff. They were friendly and approachable, and one of them helped me find the right shade of foundation and suggested a good concealer to match my skin tone. Their recommendations were really useful and made the whole shopping experience much smoother.

The checkout process was quick, and everything felt well-managed even though the store was a bit busy. Overall, I’m really happy with my visit and the products I bought.

Definitely a great place to shop for makeup and beauty products at Chilwell Retail Park!

i don’t really come here that often but i came today to just look around and these two girls came up to me asking if i needed help, but the way they were saying it and staring at me, as if i was stealing. made me feel extremely uncomfortable, i was just looking around, god forbid a girl doesn’t know what she’s looking for, left without buying anything.

Really big store and the staff are very friendly. The only problem is, that I've been twice now and been over charged by several pounds. The price at the till isn't the same as what is stated on the shelves.

SO glad that there is now a new Superdrug store, at the Chilwell Retail Park.... Was so disappointed that the Beeston & Long Eaton superdrug stores closed. Some people actually like shopping at a store, in person....!!! I've always loved superdrug though.... I'll probably be in there 2-3 times a month now, as I'll get my next shampoo & conditioner, toothpaste, and brush heads from there, for sure....👍👍👍👍
