Candy nails only being my first time goin was such a bad experience, I’ve only gotten my nails twice so I’m new to getting my nails done like this, my experience here made me didn’t met my customer satisfaction. I felt he rushed me, had to grab my hand in the uv light, left me alone for a bit, and when I wanted to adjusted the 2 thumbs the same colour he couldn’t understand me. Even at the end he rushed putting the oil on my nails on and stormed out. Also cut my skin off my thumb and pinky and still payed the full. I felt my experience getting my nails done here, is not recommend. Not coming again

Took them 2 hours to do my nails . They were doing 11 people at the same time . Asked for an ombre , she couldnt find a sponge i think and used a brush instead . Looks nothing like my inspo . Rushed service and not focusing on details . Do not recommend if its a busy day
Have went there with a friend before - they did well that day cuz they only had a few people coming in that day . Tip - go in on a day not many people are in otherwise its a rushed work with no perfection

litteraly the kindest nail techs ever. came in 15 mins before they closed and they were nothing but accommodating!! nails where reasonably priced. will be back again. staff are so lovely and my nails are fire. the place itself was so clean and really nice and warm with a nice smell about def recommend

very disappointed. Nails were not anything like the picture that was provided. A mistake was made and then covered up badly. Very expensive. Nails had to be redone elsewhere to fix the issues. Would not recommend

The worst nail salon in Belfast experience I’ve ever had.

I clearly asked for gel extensions, but the staff gave me acrylic tips instead and kept insisting it was the same thing. It’s not. I’ve done my research. I was happy to pay more for proper gel extensions, but instead they used cheap acrylics and still charged me the full price. I felt completely misled.

At the end, when I questioned it, the technician told me she had to use acrylic because my natural nails were “too short to extend with gel.” But I had already said — if she couldn’t do gel extensions, she should have just told me from the beginning. Don’t force something else on me and then still charge me like I got what I asked for.

Worse, when I told her the filing was too deep and painful, she ignored me — twice. I had to physically pull my hand away and say it hurt before she finally stopped.

This was honestly a terrible experience. I was given the wrong service, I was in pain, and I was treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about. I will never come back and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about quality or honesty.
