Went in for a permanent tint, because I asked for the tint to be taken through to the ends I was charged extra and the senior staff member was almost argumentative . Next point, the trainee’s face was tripping her, never offered a tea/coffee/water whilst the colour was developing. Whole side of my face and ear is covered in tint! Never once checked while washing the colour out of the water was ok, nearly froze my scalp cause the water went so cold. On way back to the chair, the towel round my neck fell off and she just stood there, didn’t go fetch it to put it back round me immediately, as for the blow dry, 1/10, I’m having to redo it myself. I’m really not happy about my face and ear being left with hair dye all over

Dropped in asked if I could have my hair cut by the school only to be told to take a seat as the Tudors where no back from lunch 45 mins later a Tudor came and told me they can not do my hair as they had no spaces their was no one waiting and the young girl students where all sitting around chatting. And one combing a dummy head of hair another playing with her own ponytail and another two sitting chatting the Tudor was very uprupt. More a refusal than saying they couldn't fit me in the rudeness and the looks I got was like I was dirt so unprofessional. I went to a professional salon and had a lovely cut no way would I ever recommend hair traffic the rude service is uncalled for

The process felt rushed and the result is unfortunately very poor. I am left with a completely uneven and choppy haircut. Did not realize just how bad it was until I saw myself outside the salon, and I am quite horrified to be completely honest. Would not recommend.

Went today to have my haircut for my brothers wedding tomorrow. Once cut and dried the girl went to get her manager, short blonde hair and glasses to check the cut all was fine then I asked for the hair to be cut and feathered around my face. She asked me where I would like the cut to start I pointed to just below my mouth and asked could it start there ‘like long curtain bangs’ I’m now sitting here with a fringe which comes to my eyebrow I’ve cried my eyes out all day it’s the weirdest looking haircut ever the rest of my hair is down to my bum it looks so stupid!! - when I questioned why leaving it like that and not cutting it round my face to match she said you can’t cut it round your face now you’ve got bangs - I didn’t ask for bangs!!! I asked for a shorter feather around my face - totally ruined the front of my hair, the girls specifically asked her to come over and cut it round my face if bangs were preventing her from doing that surely she should of talked that over with me about what exactly she was doing to my hair - NOT GIVE ME THE FRINGE FROM HELL, I’ve been going here since I was a teenager and they were in the building across the road and I’ve never had a problem before - I feel like going down and cutting the front of her hair off so she can see what it feels like - I feel totally disfigured - maybe if management and the hairdressers weren’t preoccupied with slabbering about their co-workers to each other they could concentrate on what they’re doing and actually carry out what people have asked of them!!!!!

Been going here since 2005, queued this morning and refused entry by the woman with curly hair and glasses, asking had I a patch test done. I said no, she told me it was law and I had to have one done. I asked could I not sign a waiver she said no, this has never happened before. She was extremely rude and didn't even offer a patch test. My hair is dyed and you can tell it is, as I said never been a problem before!
