The nails are good but I had an appointment at 12. I had a text to confirm my appointment on the day so assumed all was well.
I'm not local so 30 minutes travel time (1 hr round trip)
Payment for parking in Chester (not cheap) to get there and be told and sorry your appointment has been given to someone else and next time is 3pm.
I had a young child with me and to just expect the customer to wait 3 hours is not acceptable. I was a loyal returning customer. I'm not any longer.
Customers that have made an appointment, had a text on the day to confirm that appointment then to turn up and be turned away as someone else is there is so unacceptable.

Just had my old acrylics taken off and new gel colour from Wendy … absolutely wonderful! She is so lovely and friendly and has extremely high standards. She was super quick but took the time to triple check each stage and fix anything she wasn’t 100% happy with (which I hadn’t noticed most of the time!) Highly recommend

Very happy with my nails, I got acrylics with gel colour, Wendy was very lovely and they have a really good selection of colours.
The shop itself is tucked away in a corner by Tesco but very lovely and would definitely recommend!
