***UPDATE - I had to stop going here as the woman who started doing my nails was so rude, this is so disappointing because before this all the men in here are really kind and talented, I didn’t get the same experience last time I went so I won’t be returning****

Lovely experience! I messaged the day before my visit and got a super quick reply. I showed a picture of what I wanted, and they were more than happy to do exactly that—checking in along the way to make sure I was happy with everything. I was seen straight away, and my nails were done quickly and beautifully! The staff were all lovely. It’s cash only (I didn’t know until I got there), but it wasn’t a problem. Great price for the time and quality—I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you!

got a set of biab the other day and within 2 days 2 snapped and 2 more a day later. bad service. man was really rude i explained of him it was hot and hurting me and he continued to push my hand under the heat. also polish chipped off very easily. £40 down the drain for 2 days of a full set. not impressed.

The nails themselves are lovely but after having two different sets and then getting them taken off there my nails are really brittle. You can literally see a bump between my fresh nails and where they have shaved them down, I am gutted after growing them out specifically to get them done.

Got my toes done today, absolutely awful. Wouldn’t show me properly while i was in there. Looked when I’ve got home after a busy day and there’s no paint on the tip. Will be going back in the morning so they can do a better job. Unable to add a photo for some reason.

Very rude staff member I initially asked for an infil but then showed him a picture of what I wanted and he said he couldn’t do it and I could only have one colour, he then stated he’d have to take off and do ombré “you have to pay more” I told him I was willing to pay more he very abruptly started waving his hands about and stated “No one colour only!”
You should perhaps listen to your customers who were willing to pay for a soak off and full new set! Your financial loss - especially as two of you were sat doing nothing!

I’m not usually the one to complain but I received an awful service. I also felt like I was being talked about in a foreign language which made me feel so uncomfortable, after explaining that my nail beds are hurting (I was having acrylics taken off) and requested if they could amend their technique or change the settings or just do anything to make it less painful. Instead, the lady just looked at me without saying a word and continued to do what she was doing.

Never coming back again people are also so rude with no manners, also doesn’t seem like they sterilise any of their equipment.
