I came to see what it’s like and the staffs were very friendly and I got my eyelashes done by abbey and she helped me filled in the gaps on my eyelashes and I am obsessed with them.

UPDATE ON MY POST BELOW.

I received a telephone call from one of the partners later that evening (Wednesday 5 April) who was charm personified. He was deeply shocked to hear of my plight and offered to rectify it the following morning. All costs were refunded and I arrived at 10am this morning to have the problem sorted. I now have THE MOST WONDERFUL eyelashes and am a very happy customer. To this end, I now have no problem in recommending this salon. Thank you.

I had eyelash extensions fitted on 5 April. They young lady that fitted them was pleasant enough although I do question the fact that she said she had been fitting them for over three years. She was happy with the outcome but I said I would need to check with a magnifying mirror,. When I arrived home and looked at them properly, I noticed that, on the corner of my right eye in particular, they were not sitting properly. I immediately returned to the salon (about 10 minutes after having previously left) to be told that the girl had left as she had a job in Manchester to go to and would not be able to see me until Friday morning (provided that the chap I spoke to could get hold of her). It is now 2 hours later and I haven't heard from him. There was no way I was meeting people with dreadful looking lashes so I have removed the offending ones. I hope she will be able to rectify the matter on Friday morning!

Wilmslow Tanning Lounge is such a welcoming salon! The quality of the sunbeds are outstanding, I use both stand up and lie down and I never burn, always come out of the shop with a healthy glow. The staff and owners are so friendly and helpful; always there to help and make you feel at home. The salon is always immaculate and has an amazing décor. They also offer some great discounts and the pricing is exceptionally good! Superb Location in the centre of Wilmslow, ideal to just pop in for a 10 minute holiday! Honestly wouldn't recommend anywhere else, if you want a Luxury 5* experience this is the place to go.

Beware of leaving deposits for services if you live a distance from this place!!
My daughter & her friend booked here to have prom make up done, even though it wasn't nearby they booked transport and organised everything for the day all I had to do was pay deposit on my debit card which I did over the phone. Then unfortunately the make up artist left the tanning lounge. I was informed to ring the shop to get my deposit back so I did. I was told by the owner I would have to collect deposit refund in person in cash and sign for it. I asked why they could not just refund me on my card as that is how I paid. I wasn't getting nowhere he just kept repeating himself. I left it a few days I rang my bank for advice there wasn't anything they could do they advised me to go collect it as if I didn't this is a good way of businesses keeping your money.NOT GOOD. I rang the manager once more and explained that I lived over 26 miles away and had no transport he just didn't care. I objected and he put the phone down. Anyway luckily a family member drove me down and as if their customer service isn't bad enough he then proceeded to refund me on the same debit card I paid with. JOKER. So after 3hrs in traffic and who knows how much fuel for a £20 deposit I'm done. I am in no way disappointed with their staff just the management who are rude and unprofessional and probably can't run a bath never mind a business
