Don’t even deserve one star! Extremely disappointed with my experience here! What I requested and what I was quoted for vs what I got was extremely different, not even remotely close and I still had to pay £65 as they still tried to justify the price although I didn’t get anything close to what i requested. They have refused to give me a refund. it’s literally just about the principle and bare honesty in knowing you have provided poor quality service and did not want to issue a refund. I should have paid basic biab fee for that design I got. I will never go back and would not recommend! In the two hours I was at that salon, 3 other ladies were unhappy and arguing about the service they received for the price quoted. My first and last time going here! DO NOT GO!

Not happy. A very poor luxury pedicure with the hard skin on my big toes not even touched, nails not even cut straight!!, one nail not filed so it’s so rough on the edge and it catches on socks etc so will need to be redone but that might disrupt the varnish. Ah the varnish. I’ve never had a pedicure before where standard nail varnish isn’t included. They charged me £10 to paint my nails on top of the advertised price for the luxury pedicure. The venue is also very fume-y so I left with a headache. Very very disappointed. AVOID.

I came here to experience. It was really a good choice. They work professionally, cleanly and are extremely friendly. They have beverage service and especially they have a very luxurious foot cleaning service. There is nothing I can complain about here. I love the staff there. I am really satisfied and I will definitely be a long-term customer there🥰

My mum and I have been coming to tips and toes Wilmslow for over a year and we are never disappointed! Our experience is always fantastic! Our nails have never looked better and we have tried many nail salons beforehand but nothing compares to tips and toes. Great prices and an amazing team. Everyone at tips and toes Wilmslow is so friendly and truly makes our experience special! Thank you! Could not recommend enough!

I've tried this salon twice, hoping for a better experience, but unfortunately, it hasn’t improved. My nails were rushed with little attention to detail, and they always seem to look like they just rolled out of bed. There was hardly any conversation, which made the experience feel even less inviting. I decided to give them another chance and asked for a pedicure, but all I got was a rushed nail paint job that felt half-hearted. I was charged £33 for just 20 minutes, and honestly, I could have done a better job blindfolded. Once bitten, twice robbed.

The pedicures here are amazing
Hot stone massage and steam and foot socks to hydrate
I go for shellac on my hands and toes
I highly recommend Kim and Lisa and Emily there amazing 🤩
