I've had a massage in the past, and my ears pierced yearrrsss ago, but have recently started getting regular gel nails done since becoming engaged and trying to keep my nails nice after years of biting! Ellena is absolutely fantastic and I've been thrilled with the results. The whole team are always absolutely lovely whenever I go. Cannot recommend highly enough 🥰💅🏻

It is without the worst place I have ever been to. Waxing was horrific from Nia (in the photo) and she has left me with some scars that I don't think will heal. She also offered me several "off the books" treatments that she got from a Chinese herbalist one with a "happy ending" which I declined on the two occasions. I am surprised that a place like this is still running and I certainly wont be going there again any time soon.

I've been a client of Beautyworks for years, and for good reason. The team is consistently welcoming, attentive and very knowledgeable. I always leave feeling refreshed and cared for. Beautyworks is an absolute gem and highly recommended!

If this was a review based on the treatments I've had with Millie, I would've given this beauty salon 5 stars. The same applies to Maxime and her welcoming and friendly approach to the clients. However, my review is about the experience with the management of this place. Based on the information on the website, I book a course of 10 endermologie treatments that should then allow me to continue with the maintenance treatments afterwards. After making the booking, I was told this information was incorrect, and the manager wasn't interested in getting to the bottom of the issue. In the meantime, Beauty Works had purchased a new endermologie device, and all the prices were changed accordingly. After completing the course on the old machine, I decided to go for 10 more treatments on the new device. I was presented with the different treatment options and prices. Soon after, I had an assessment done to determine the length of each individual treatment that would suit my needs best. It was decided that a 30-minute option would be most optimal. The same week, I phoned the Beauty Works and booked my first 30-minute treatment as a part of a course of 10 treatments. Once I was in the treatment room, I was told by the beautician that the price list had been changed, and the 30-minute option was no longer available, and the manager had crossed it out. I was speechless because I've just booked this option on the phone. It was unacceptable and I decided to leave. On my way out, I spoke to Maxime, who hadn't been made aware of it and was deeply apologetic about the whole experience.
Having had my own business for over 12 years, I can truly say that the management of this place is the worst I have come across in a long time. It's a shame because the salon itself is lovely, and so is most of the staff, but unfortunately, the management is all over the place with absolutely no customer skills and care!

I recently visited Beauty Works for a gel nail appointment and an eyebrow wax, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!

Ashleigh performed both my treatments and was amazing. She paid close attention to detail and made sure the shape, color, and finish of my nails was perfect.
The eyebrow wax was quick, precise, and virtually painless. She shaped my brows beautifully, giving them a natural and polished look.

The salon has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were incredibly professional and friendly.

I would highly recommend Beauty Works, I’ll definitely be back!
