I have never had any issues with this nail salon. They are always helpful and always assist when I can't decide what colour to get! I've been coming to this salon for just under 5 years and I won't be going anywhere else. X

Having previously championed this nail bar, being a loyal customer for 7 years, going every 2-3 weeks for a new mani and pedi I will never step foot in there again. Nor will my mum. The way I was treated today was appalling. The guy who regularly does my nails who I have been happy with for a long time decided to take it upon himself to embarrass me in front of the whole shop. I like my toenails longer. I have them infilled and they are my own length (no tips). He took it upon himself to tell me loudly while holding my foot up that they need cutting down and they don’t look nice. Keep your opinions to yourself and do the job that you’re paid to do. I have always been loyal and tipped generously each time too. I’ve never felt so embarrassed in my life. It may not seem a big deal to everyone, but when you’re sat there with everyone staring at you as he’s holding your foot up, it’s really embarrassing. You don’t do that to customers! In general though, I’ve rarely had a problem with quality, and when I have, they always fix it for free. Sad that it’s come to this!
