First time visitor today. Didn’t wait long at all to be seen. Had a pedicure and wow it was fantastic. Massage chairs, hot drink, massage as well as a fantastic pedicure. The member of staff was kind, attentive, and nice to talk to. The finis on the nails is fantastic- I went for chrome and it looks great!

I normally get a fantastic experience when going for a pedicure at Cardiff nails, but I’m wondering why you’ve dropped the hot stone treatment which was always included in the price?

Had a really lovely experience getting my acrylic cat eye nails done. Everything was explained clearly, and I was shown different design options before starting, which really helped me choose what I wanted. She talked me through each step of the procedure, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout. Absolutely loved the final result—highly recommend

One of the Best nail salons in Cardiff . Very professional, welcoming , offer refreshments . I have pedicures and they definitely feel luxurious! I always feel great when I leave . Thank you for such a great service . See you again soon 🥰

First time ever getting my nails done (I went with biab, natural vibe) , my nail tech was so patient and lovely!. Super gentle and always checking in. I was a bit anxious with seeing certain reviews but honestly, would highly recommend! Will definitely be back!

I’ve been here twice before and usually the service and the nails are great! However today I left the salon feeling extremely upset and disappointed. The nail tech who did my nails was extremely rude to me when I was nothing but polite. She rolled her eyes at me numerous times and muttered to her co workers. She put a colour on that I didn’t want so I simply asked for a different one and she went on to lecture me on the different colours. I felt that she rushed me when finishing the nails as she only put one coat of polish on which resulted on my nails looking transparent, when my reference photo clearly showed a block colour under the chrome. When paying she also charged me £48 for an infill with chrome plus 2 broken nails which to my knowledge (correct me if im wrong) should not have been more than a fresh set, with Crome which last time I went I got charged the same amount. I’m really disappointed that I have to make this complaint because the staff are usually so friendly and attentive and I usually am over the moon with my nails when I walk out. I feel I have been taken advantage of given the fact I am a young girl with ‘no knowledge’ of nail pricing and etiquette. Thank you to the other staff who were more than lovely with me, however this one nail tech spoiled my experience and therefore I will not be returning which is a shame.

Quick and very good at nail art. Loved the pedicure spa, some staff are friendly, others can do a whole set of nails without speaking to you. Offering a drink is a nice touch

Had a manicure with gel polish, i had normal nail polish on and to take it off they filed my nail beds so far down with electric drill my nails started splitting down to cuticle! Should have used acetone remover not heavy drill for getting normal nail polish off! Started getting painful so went in to complain and was told there is nothing wrong with my nails, I could be lying and ny nails be on poor condition before, woman got rude and embarrassed me in front of other customers, said there is no refund policy even though they're lack of care caused my nails damage. Wonder if they even have insurance now? I've been a customer for years there but not anymore! No customer service or attempt at fixing it! Actually really shocked in level of service for a returning customer. They have since replied to my review, saying I went somewhere else and haven't even read what happened and called me 'hun', not the professional staff that used to work there sadly.

Over 60 pound for French tips, uneven tips, didn't check the colour of Polish and Polish not smooth. Very rushed and not worth it. Won't be coming back

I’ve had a pedicure done here before and had my nails done yesterday - I’m absolutely thrilled. They look EXACTLY how I wanted them, the perfect shape and colour, perfect finish. You get a free soft drink which was a really nice touch, extremely clean salon! The lady who did them was lovely - so what if they’re chatting to their colleagues?? I don’t know why people care 🤷🏼‍♀️ I will 100% be back ♥️

Have been going to Cardiff Nails for around 6 months - lovely salon, friendly staff and great nails.
Went yesterday for gel and french finish. Was not told the price beforehand and - expecting it to be around usual infill price - I had only £30 cash on me. At the till I was told £43 which is the price of a new set… Anyway my fault for not asking.
I said I’d need to go to the nearby cash point to get the balance and was asked “can I leave something?”. I didn’t understand at first as I’ve never been asked to do that before. I said I was leaving the £30 but no, I had to leave my phone.
I appreciate they must have had some people do a runner but regular customers shouldn’t be treated like that and I’d paid 3/4 of the cost already. The new policy should be clearly displayed and perhaps they should reconsider their cash only requirement.
Really disappointing and won’t be returning.
