Showed up for my appointment and noone was there, could not get ahold of the hairdresser at all. Dont bother booking if you need anything done

I had a disappointing experience at Beautiroo recently. I went in for a basic trim after washing my hair at home, but the quality of the haircut I received was unacceptable. The finish is noticeably "wonky" and botched in several areas. Paying £20 for such a poor result is frustrating, and I cannot recommend their services based on this experience

I had a lash appointment with tianna and her breath really smelt and she went to the toilet and was touching my face with wet hands, she also made really inappropriate conversation about her having sex in a night club… it all was such an unprofessional and unpleasant experience that I feel a bit traumatised by and to top it all off the lashes weren’t even good. I would steer clear of this place as she said they would refund me but they never did.

Very happy with my nails and service, Tianna reassuring despite the condition of my nails, she was honest and straightforward in her feedback and has given me great advice about which products would be best to help strengthen them. It took her extra time, but she was very accommodating and friendly

Horrible horrible experience here and would never recommend to anyone. I had been once before and had a decent experience and considering just moving to Cardiff, I thought I had found a good spot so I went back again for a biab infill. My experience was poor. All my nails were different shapes, my fingers were hacked at and then the nail tech denied cutting me which then led to an infection which I had to get antibiotics for. The biab peeled off within 2 days and was overall a horrible job. When I then messaged for a refund I was told I'd get a response after the weekend and it has now been over a month since I any response. I highly do not recommend.

I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday at 10 a.m., but the hairdresser never showed up. I waited for an hour, and there was no call, text, or update from anyone at the salon. According to the nail technician, even the owner wasn’t answering calls.
I tried to be understanding, assuming something unexpected might have happened and hoping someone would reach out later but it’s now Sunday, and I still haven’t received any communication or apology.
Overall, this was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I value good service and respect for client’s time.

Nia did such a lovely job with my nails! I love them so much. She made sure that I was happy with them before moving on to the next step and re-did any bits she wasn’t happy with. Very friendly and nice to chat to! Highly recommend!
