Tried here for the first time the other day. My little girl was very unsettled and crying. The staff were so accommodating and didn't make me feel worse than I already did. Give me time to get her to sleep and they carried on. My nails look lovely too.

Started coming for BIAB nails in build up to my wedding. Every time I've visited my nails have been done exactly as I wanted. The staff are all friendly and helpful. My nail growth has been amazing, and I ended up with beautiful French manicure for my wedding day.

Lovely nails but overall a really disappointing and rude experience. From the moment I entered the door I felt uncomfortable. No one said hi or asked if I had an appointment. The lady who did my nails (Leonne) was more interested in speaking to the other ladies who worked there and at no point spoke to me. She even gave a disgusted look and said ‘well they’re very short’ when she saw my nails even after I’d explained they had to be short for my job. 5 minutes before the end of the appointment she finally showed a bit of interest and asked if I’d been there before. Felt uncomfortable the whole time and would definitely not return. Seems like a place where you’re only acknowledged if you’re a regular. Plenty of other amazing nail places in Cardiff that understand good customer service.

Terrible service. I bite my nail n went to have extensions and biabs .she didnt understand what i wanted. She put tona of gel on my very short nails .they mook ridiculous n gel is coming off cos she put too much.

Great service / Staff. Always willing to go above and beyond and are always facilitating, with appointments around my difficult schedule.
My nails always look impeccable, which helps with day to day confidence, and the nails always last the entire month.
