Google Horribly rude to my wife and daughter today. The website states closing hours are 7pm but they actually close at 6pm. You call them and they tell you to arrive by 5pm - get there at 5pm and they actually shout that they're closed and don't care that they literally told you the opposite 20 minutes earlier. Waste of time. Apparently Hollywood Nails on City Road is far nicer and more professional. They won't be going back to this lot. Deluxe? More like Couldn't Give Two ......ks
Owner Response:
I’m really sorry, this is not the level of communication we aim to provide. Our closing hours are 7pm but we do accept last appointments at 6pm and close an hour earlier on Saturdays, I understand how upsetting it is to receive conflicting information and I will review what happened with the team to ensure all of our customers time is respected, I sincerely apologise and if you can email us at [email protected] I will arrange something for you. Kind regards,

Google I have been coming to deluxe nails for about 2 years now, but recently I have noticed a decline in the quality of their work. It’s a shame, a French tip acrylic shouldn’t be chipping after 2 days.. Most of the workers are lovely, just would bear in mind it’s expensive and doesn’t last like they used to.

Google I’ve been here twice and had the same experience both times. The service felt rushed and messy, with flooded cuticles, product running down the sides of my fingers, and generally untidy work. I came out with messy nails and an uneven French, which is unacceptable for how overpriced this place is — they couldn’t even do a French properly. Whenever I asked for adjustments it felt awkward, as if my requests were an inconvenience. I tried calling to have them fixed and also messaged on Instagram but received no response. It was a waste of money as I had to go elsewhere to get my nails fixed. I wouldn’t recommend it.
Owner Response:
Hi Kate,
We’re sorry to hear this was your experience. This does not reflect our standards, and we take your feedback very seriously. We’re concerned to hear you felt unable to reach us and will review this internally. If you would like to discuss this directly please phone us up.
