Katy is honestly so lovely. She remembered me from my last appointment, which instantly made the whole experience feel really personal and welcoming. She’s so chatty, puts you completely at ease, and explains everything clearly so you know exactly what to expect.

She always does such a beautiful, even tan and really takes the time to make sure you get the exact shade you’re after, especially for whatever event you’re going to. I always leave feeling confident and looked after. Highly recommend!

Tried to call 5 times over 3 working days to book and ask a question about a treatment. Also left my name and number for call back and heard nothing back

Friendly staff, did feel as though we were being rushed in and out to get our tans done. I’m a very sweaty person and it was in the summer so I basically had sweat my tan off by the time I got home because I wasn’t given anything to dry with or any time to dry before I was told to get dressed again. I’m sure had I been dry before dressing I wouldn't have been patchy. I got extra dark as well and didn’t feel like I had much colour to me.
