So lovely to feel pampered. A lovely clean and bright salon with such friendly staff. Time was taken to discuss what I wanted and it was so relaxing that I could've fallen asleep. I had biab infill with a pink and white ombre finish. Absolutely gorgeous. The appointment never felt rushed. It was my first time at this salon and it certainly will not be the last. I've booked another appointment for nails and pedicure and I can't wait!!!!!!! 100% recommend.

I asked for acrylics with a singular colour as it would be cheapest, I then was told it would be £40, an extortionate price especially for the end result. I then reluctantly agreed as it was my first time getting my nails done. Mere hours after getting them done I experienced lifting, as well as this when I told the woman doing my nails that I would like them as short as possible she laughed at me then told her co worker to which they both laughed. When buffing or drilling the nails she drew blood I’m not really sure what the instrument she used is called as I’m not an expert and clearly neither are they. Also, the nails are wonky and the polish is streaky and different lengths. As much as I wanted to enjoy my first time getting my nails done, I simply could not due to the price and quality of their work. The payment method is very confusing as it is a ‘dodgy’ shop, I was told I could not pay with my card and would have to transfer or takeout cash, something that was not made clear a the beginning. Overall a very poor experience and I would definitely not recommend, go anywhere else in Cambridge.

I came here for a quick basic manicure to remove cuticle. The guy was alone, zero english, it was difficult to communicate and explain what I wanted. Finally my hands were done and even though I found some things weird, I don’t know much about manicure and the results were okay, so I paid and left. Not until my nails started to grow I realised what he did!
He used the file on my nails so much it has been damaged and now it has to grow down before I will have healthy nails.
Avoid this place at all costs, they have no professional knowledge and don’t care if your nail is damaged!
