I have been to sanctum beauty several times for manicures and pedicures and have always been very impressed at the excellent professional service, friendly welcome and wonderful tranquil atmosphere. More recently I have had a massage and a facial with Emma who is fabulous; she makes you feel so comfortable, is very talented and the treatments and products are glorious.

visited Sanctum a day ago for eyebrow waxing and tinting. Unfortunately, during the session, the waxing process resulted in burns on my skin. The affected area was visibly red, and when I expressed my concern, I was assured that it would settle. However, the pain worsened over time, and noticeable bruising developed around both of my eyes.When I returned to show the results and seek help, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior. I was simply told to apply aloe vera and was blamed for having a “skin problem, and sensitive skin” rather than the issue being acknowledged as a reaction to their wax.

I was extremely disappointed not only with the service but also with the lack of responsibility and empathy shown by the staff. Additionally, due to an emergency, I arrived slightly late for my appointment, but instead of accommodating the situation, they did not complete the eyelash treatment.
This entire experience left me in severe pain for two days, particularly during my flight, and unfortunately, I now have visible scarring around my eyes. End up with skin specialist appointment.My holiday was significantly affected, and I found the overall service deeply upsetting and unacceptable.

This was my first visit to Sanctum Beauty. It was a truly wonderful experience. The services performed by Charlotte were to the highest standard and conducted in a charming and friendly manner. Hence my 5* rating.
I have already booked my next two appointments.
I would certainly recommend this establishment to all.

Luxury pedicure is a dream! Best with a friend or daughter as chairs are next to each other, so perfect opportunity to enjoy a peaceful coffee and a natter while your feet are brought back to life!

Have also booked hubby in with one of his mates… I’ve started something! 🤦‍♀️🤣
